In Gabe Weinem’s role as Chief Operations Officer at I Love Vacations, he oversees the day-to-day logistics of managing 700+ luxury short-term vacation rental properties in the US. As the business expanded, keeping up with invoices and budgets across locations quickly became a daunting, manual task. “[Before Order.co], if I wanted to know how much money we were spending on trash bags, I would have to get all the invoices for each location and add them up,” Gabe described. “Sometimes the trash bags would appear on the same invoice as Tide Pods or dishwasher pods, and I would have to separate them.”

Gabe explained, “Considering that I have four cost centers, it helps me a lot with understanding who's buying the cheapest toilet paper. Maybe the cheapest toilet paper is not the best idea because people don't like that. So let's find a price in between.”
